Christine Quinn Says She Will Be On Selling Sunset Season 6

Reality TV

Christine Quinn. Do you love her? Hate her? Or love to hate her? For me, it’s the latter. I don’t know what Selling Sunset would be without the Ice Queen. After the recent reports that Christine did, in fact, leave the Oppenheim Group, I feared for the future of this show.

During the Season 5 reunion special, Jason Oppenheim hinted that there may not be room for Christine at the brokerage moving forward. He didn’t say either way whether or not he would be making a decision to let Christine go, making the rest of the women restless.

After the reunion aired, Christine was reported to have left the Oppenheim group on her own accord, despite having been accused of bribing clients by her replacement, Emma Hernan. Some fans speculated Christine could have left due to the brokerage’s inability to keep up with the times. She had previously been quoted as insulting their cautiousness around cryptocurrency.

Whatever the reasoning may be, Christine isn’t going anywhere when it comes to Netflix. In an interview with Us Weekly she shared, “I love the show.” And the show loves you, babe.

“The show is, like, my number one [and] everyone knows that. But we just have to get creative now because I don’t work for the Oppenheim Group. … Maybe it’s a battle of the brokerages,” Christine added.

Me personally? I would love to watch some competition between this fractured group of women. Especially knowing how hard Couture-and-Caviar Christine would go to prove herself the winner over the others.

Christine added that she could see a “really interesting dynamic” develop between herself and her former coworkers once the series returns, adding, “I’m not going anywhere.”

She assured her fans and haters, “I’ll always be on television. I’m not going anywhere. It’s just, like, let’s have fun with this now.” Christine then set up some drama we might expect in Season 6. She said that, if it came down to picking sides, she would expect Chelsea Lazkani and Vanessa Villela to back her up after she “terminated [her] contract.” Do we really think there’s any chance of that happening?

Christine has been under fire from her previous alliances friends in the Selling Sunset circle. Davina Potratz has even turned on the self-exiled realtor, saying that she’s gotten “more disrespectful.”

Davina argued, “[Christine is] just so hurtful to everybody that, what choice do I have? I mean, I’m just not going to be disrespected anymore, and I’ve done everything I possibly can for you and it’s not appreciated. And so good luck. I don’t know.” Sounds like Christine doesn’t really need or want the luck, though.

TELL US – WOULD YOU WELCOME CHRISTINE BACK OR ARE YOU OVER HER FLAVOR OF DRAMA? WHO ELSE DO YOU THINK BRINGS IT FOR THE SHOW?
