Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Orange County are two Bravo shows I’ll always remain loyal to, through thick and thin. RHOC is what started my Bravo love affair and Pump Rules, at one point, was the culmination of everything people loved about reality TV. So, when Peter Madrigal, Lisa Vanderpump’s most loyal SUR-ver, flirted with Vicki Gunvalson earlier this month, it felt like I’d been given a personal gift from the Bravo gods. Who doesn’t love when worlds collide like that?
Vicki’s love tank is currently on empty because Steve Lodge, her geriatric failed politician ex, proposed to his 36-year-old girlfriend of THREE MONTHS in January. The timeline is so messy and questionable that it’s actually firmly up on brand for Vicki. Aside from Donn Gunvalson, Vicki has the absolute worst taste in men. She’s even admitted that leaving Donn was the worst thing she ever did. And you know who agrees? Peter. And Andy Cohen.
On January 3, after the news dropped that Vicki was single again, Andy tweeted “If [Vicki] doesn’t find a GREAT guy this year, it won’t be a good year. She deserves it.” Vicki replied, wondering where all the loyal single men were, and Peter answered the call, tweeting, “V — get a better picker! The last guy was a cheating & the guy before that was a lying liar & before that was Donn.” How can you not love a man who knows his Bravo history?
Peter continued, tweeting, “You need a spark in your love tank. I’m single BTW, hellooooo come to @SurRestaurant with your girls & let me host your return to being Single n’ Sassy! WhooHooo.” WhooHooo?! He even speaks Vicki’s language!!

According to Bravo’s The Daily Dish, a fan asked Lala Kent what she thought of Peter’s public declaration on Watch What Happens Live. Lala told the fan, “I can’t say I’m here for that match-up. I think Vicki is way too much woman for Peter.” She’s got a point there! Vicki needs constant attention, casseroles, and compliments to keep that love tank full. Peter might be too busy at SUR.
After Lala shared this response, Andy asked James Kennedy if he could see himself dating any housewives. James didn’t have an answer for Andy and even admitted he didn’t really watch Real Housewives. Lala however answered immediately, saying she wants Melissa Gorga. It’s random, but at least Lala, like Peter, is staying current on Housewives knowledge.
