It’s only been three days since Adele released her new album 30 and it’s already become the year’s top-selling album in the United States, Billboard reports. More than 500,000 copies of the album have been moved between November 19 and November 21, which bests Taylor Swift’s Evermore (462,000 copies have sold in 2021 as of last week). It’s also already had the biggest sales week of 2021, besting Red (Taylor’s Version), which sold 369,000 copies in its debut week.
