It’s almost time to see how Real Housewives of Potomac will recover from the mess left by women who went full Roadhouse at a wine event last season. Two went in but only one came out in the drag heard around the world. After Monique Samuels lightly shifted Candiace Dillard’s weave, Monique became the target of nearly everyone and found herself out of a job.
It could have been “the fight” that attracted new viewers to the show and it could have been “the fight” that gave fans the motivation to keep tuning in. Physical altercations in any form are now condemned, so the ladies must rely on verbal drama and not risk being hypocrites by checking someone with an elbow. Speaking of being hypocrites, Gizelle Bryant is speaking on some rumors regarding Wendy Osefo’s husband. The woman so closed about Pastor Holy Whore is saying “we don’t hide anything“. Now everyone is looking at Giz and saying, “sure, Jan“.
RHOP was extremely toxic last year, but the waters in Potomac have calmed until Candiace opens her mouth and someone clocks her with a piece of lettuce. Now that Monique has taken a hike, the cast is on their own to produce drama not found inside a WWE ring. It looks like the ladies might have tried to get the jump on that action when rumors started swirling about Dr. Wendy’s husband a few months ago.
In the Season 5 finale, Eddie Osefo was reportedly pulled aside by another husband who lobbed some serious accusations Eddie’s way. The rumor is Ed has a whole ass side-baby with a white woman and was warned the tea was about to spill. Eddie, meet Jamal Bryant… Eddie tried to shut down these rumors to no avail, because, television show. Now he can’t go to IKEA in Potomac Mills without folks wanting the scoop on Wendy’s four degrees and his ALLEGED illegitimate kid while he’s trying to find a table he can put together.
Gizelle isn’t too pressed over Wendy’s dismay because misery loves company. Giz just spent 23 episodes trying to convince viewers her man of the cloth wasn’t also a man of multiple bedsheets. Gizelle unfollowed Wendy on Insta and because petty is as petty does, Wendy posted a pic of Gizelle with the caption, “And that’s how you clear a bish”. Season 6 is already burning and on the grill is some beef between Wendy and the green-eyed bandit.

According to E! News, Gizelle claims the Eddie rumors were already on the internet and thus fair game. She said, “There were Eddie rumors on social media, and typically if things are out there, we talk about it.” Say what? Honey, we’re still waiting to talk about Jamal. Gizelle added, “In Potomac we talk about it. We don’t hide anything.” HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, so is now a good time to ask about Jamal’s restaurant? Excuse me, Grand Dame Karen Huger, can we get a comment on this statement?
The Season 6 trailer provided a look into a heated convo between Wendy and Gizelle after Giz stirs the pot. “I would be curious to see how the season plays out and how Wendy feels about the season as she views it. I want Wendy to be a viewer, because I think she was thinking a lot of things happened that didn’t,” Gizelle added. Hmmm, this sounds exactly like how everyone felt about Pastor Jamal and his ALLEGED multiple side-babies that Gizelle refused to address.

Gizelle currently says she’s cool with Wendy, “Listen, I have always been fine with her. She might not be fine with me, but I’m fine”. Historically people who claim they are “fine” are, in fact, not fine. Real Housewives of Potomac returns on July 8.
