Cynthia Bailey Says If She’s Not On Real Housewives Next Season That “These Cheekbones Will Be On TV Doing Something”

Reality TV

Looking back, Cynthia Bailey has had quite a run on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. She’s filmed eleven seasons, two weddings (well, one officially filmed by Bravo) and a whole lot of drama in the NeNe Leakes department. She managed a spot alongside Kenya Moore on the upcoming Real Housewives All-Stars spinoff, which has to royally piss off NeNe. But looking back at Season 13, even though she got married to Mike Hill, 50 Cynt was on the sidelines most of the time. But her dungeon-themed bachelorette party did give us #Bologate, but that’s about it.

Whenever a Real Housewives city is in between seasons, it always sparks conversation about who will return. And when it comes to RHOA, it seems like it might be Cynthia’s time. She hasn’t had a lot of drama since Peter Thomas and NeNe exited her life. She started her Housewives’ career with a wedding and if she doesn’t return next season, she would have ended with one too. And she recently removed #RHOA from her Instagram bio, sparking those annual rumors that she’s headed on her way out.

During a recent Instagram live interview, captured by @jaysrealityblog on Twitter, Cynthia spoke a bit about the upcoming season. She said she would “100% always want the option” to come back each season and let it be her decision when to go. But sometimes those decisions are way above her pay grade. “Right now, we’re not currently filming,” Cynthia said. “So I have some time to think about which direction I want to go, [Bravo execs] have time to figure out what they want to do with the show. Like all of that, that’s bigger than me.”

She said whether or not RHOA Season 14 is in her future, she’s had “a hell of a run” on the show. “Whether I do or not, I’m still going to be working somewhere,” Cynthia continued. “That’ll be the next part of my journey. If I’m not on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, you can best believe these cheekbones will be on TV doing something. You have not seen the last of these cheekbones.” And that’s on that.

Although, I’m curious what other type of show 50 Cynt would be interested in doing. She has a happy marriage and an overall chill life, which isn’t always the best blueprint for good reality TV. But since Bravo picked her to be on the All-Stars vacation series, I feel that she’s not going anywhere next season.
