After giving fans a taste earlier this week, Ubisoft has revealed Rainbow Six Extraction, their co-op tactical first-person shooter that’s set to hit PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and Stadia on September 16.

Extraction has players assemble their team from the 18 Operators from Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege to launch incursions into containment zones that have been invaded by a lethal alien threat known as the Archæns. Each Operator has a specific set of weapons, gadgets, and abilities to master, allowing for limitless customizability.

Set in four regions across the US, containment zones are infested by the Archæns. Use your Operators’ abilities to overcome the situation to accomplish your objectives, and extract from the containment zone. The 12 uniquely designed maps feature procedurally-generated challenges, enemies, infestation, and increasing difficulty. The deeper you go, the greater the danger, but so are the rewards.

For existing owners of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, purchasing Extraction will instantly unlock the entire roster of 18 operators from Siege as well as grant you the United Front cosmetic bundles in both games.
