Tiffany Moon Announces Exit From Real Housewives Of Dallas

Reality TV

Tiffany Moon

Dr. Tiffany Moon can save your life, but not your reputation. No truer words have been spoken after this season of Real Housewives of Dallas. Tiffany essentially replaced LeeAnne Locken after she totally wasn’t fired for mocking fellow cast member Kary Brittingham’s Mexican heritage – multiple times. LeeAnne was burned at the stake during the Season 4 reunion and took a seat in the buh-bye chair. But that wouldn’t be RHOD’s last tango with racism.

Ahead of Season 5, a video Brandi Redmond made in 2017 resurfaced where she was making fun of Asians. That resulted in Brandi having a chip on her shoulder during production. As the first Asian lady to join the show, Tiffany was already walking into a controversial environment. As the episodes wrapped up, Tiff began alluding to being a one and done due to work and family obligations. Looks can be deceiving, but it seems this one is definitely done.

After a rough season that manifested in an incredibly uncomfortable reunion, Tiffany is cutting out. On Twitter this morning, Tiffany’s bio had a little update. It now reads as “Previous Cast Member #RHOD S5″. Her first post of the day is a selfie with the caption, “Good morning everyone it’s time for a change. Have a wonderful day!” Tiffany’s Instagram bio also reflects the “previous cast member” info.

This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise because Tiffany has previously discussed juggling her work and home dynamic with her commitment to the show. As an anesthesiologist, obviously her duties are different than say, finding the best pink accessories. As the mother of twins, cameras already captured Tiffany reducing her hospital schedule in an effort to spend more time with her girls. But is Tiffany leaving because of work or because of something else?

Tiffany’s family is having some legal issues, which may or may not contribute to her departure. She’s also been having some interesting social media exchange with Kameron Westcott and her family. And by family I mean Court Westcott and his brother Chart Westcott. Yes, someone named their child Chart, that’s another story entirely. Kam and Tiff were battling on Twitter that began as kind of trivial but ended with such drama that Court’s Twitter was either suspended or he deleted his account. As an added bonus, the Westcotts would also tag Tiffany’s job in the tweets.

Tiffany has not commented on her official reason for departing, but she is currently on Twitter thanking fans for their support. If nothing else, whatever noxious elements she faces at a hospital in the future will never be as toxic as the show she’s leaving.

TELL US- WHY DO YOU THINK TIFFANY IS LEAVING? ARE YOU DISAPPOINTED THIS WAS HER ONLY SEASON? DID SHE QUIT BECAUSE OF SHOW DRAMA OR FAMILY LIFE?
