Hot on the heels of 505 Games acquiring the intellectual property of publisher All In! Games’ cyberpunk action game Ghostrunner, the teams have revealed the title’s new development roadmap, including new DLC.

505 Games announced in a press release that they had acquired the IP to Ghostunner for €5 million, which allows 505 Games to take full control over the property, including Ghostrunner‘s “all licenses for the technological solutions used in the game.” In return, All In! Games will receive a share of profits from the game’s ongoing sales.

Shortly after, 505 Games announced the new roadmap, which “details free modes like Kill Run Mode and Photo Mode, a free next-gen console update, premium cosmetics DLC, and more”. The announcement further coincides with Ghostrunner launching on Amazon’s cloud gaming platform, Luna.

“Players can look forward to two new game modes coming to Ghostrunner on all platforms in Spring, including Kill Run Mode – a challenging mode where players have limited time to complete levels, and the highly-requested Photo Mode,” states the press release. “Premium cosmetic DLC will also be available in spring, leading into a steady flow of new content throughout summer and culminating with the roll out of a free next generation update for console players later this year.”

Developed by One More Level, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks, and co-published by 505 Games and All in Games!, Ghostrunner is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Ghostrunner will see a release on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles later this year.
