Patrick Cowley Covers Album Some Funkettes Announced

A new album of funk and disco covers by the late producer Patrick Cowley has been announced. Some Funkettes is a collection of recordings made between 1975 and 1977, and it includes Cowley’s takes on songs by Herbie Hancock, The Temptations, Donna Summer, and more. The archival album arrives October 19 via Dark Entries. Below, listen to a sampler of the album.
