“The Walking Dead” Season 10 Finale Will Not Be Airing Next Month as Originally Planned

Horror

Just three episodes remain in the current tenth season of “The Walking Dead,” and the season finale had been set to air on April 12th. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.

AMC sent over the following statement tonight:

“Current events have unfortunately made it impossible to complete post-production of The Walking Dead Season 10 finale, so the current season will end with its 15th episode on Sunday, April 5. The planned finale will appear as a special episode later in the year.”

The “current event” is of course the global coronavirus pandemic, which we had (wrongly) assumed would only be impacting the upcoming eleventh season of “The Walking Dead.”
