Bethenny Frankel Says She & Her Daughter Got Kicked Out Of An Uber; Demands Donation To Her Charity In Response

We’ve all had a rough Uber experience at some point. But at the end of the day, most Uber problems are far from the worst problems you can have in life. Just don’t tell Bethenny Frankel that. She doesn’t seem to have an understanding of how the ride share app works. I feel like she’s one of those people who would get into an Uber after the driver dropped someone off and just expect to be driven without using the app to request a pick up.

I guess her driver had the day off because Bethenny recently ranted about her less-than-perfect Uber experience.

Bethenny began, “My @Uber driver just charged me 30 dollars, told my daughter she couldn’t play the ukelele in the car, told us to get out & that he refunded us which wasn’t true. This sort of thing could land me in prison.” Girl, the driver didn’t charge you. The rate was predetermined when you booked in the app. Just request a refund in the app and customer service will respond. It’s not too difficult, B. And I’m not even gonna touch the ukelele stuff. I feel like I need more context for that one.

A Twitter user told her, “Welcome to an Uber in NYC.” Bethenny responded, “This is LA but I will stalk @uber until they donate the 30 dollars to #bstrong I’m a principle girl. I’d spend 1k to make that guy give the 30 back.” Bethenny, “that guy” does not keep the $30. Uber charges that and he gets a share of it. And, honestly, I wonder if Bethenny got kicked out of that Uber or if something else happened. It just doesn’t really seem to add up. She needs to bring her New York City driver to Los Angeles the next time she’s there.

Someone told Bethenny, “There’s a huge difference between music and a kid just making loud piercing noise. Would you want someone banging on a drum while driving and consider it music? Loud noises isn’t considered music.” Bethenny responded, “You seem fun.”

TELL US- WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT BETHENNY’S UBER COMPLAINTS? DOES IT MAKE SENSE THAT SHE WANTS A DONATION TO HER CHARITY NOW?
