The new streaming platform from the House of Mouse has finally launched in the United States, and right away, subscribers will have access to over 300 movies and 7,000 television episodes. Disney+’s expansive library includes animated classics like The Jungle Book, Toy Story, and The Lion King, and newer films like Frozen. Aside from its in-house properties, Disney+ is packed with content from Lucasfilm, Pixar, Marvel Studios, and 20th Century Fox.
Disney+ boasts a long list of live-action movies from the Star Wars franchise and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though there are several notable exclusions, Marvel recently updated it catalog of MCU movies launching on Disney+ in a big way by adding Avengers: Endgame, all three Captain America movies and more. As much as fans are looking forward to being able to stream all these films from just one place, this is only part of Disney+’s appeal. Disney+ will be the exclusive home of a large number of original shows, such as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, and a new series about Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Where You Can Watch Disney+
Disney+ is available in the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands. It won’t release in other territories until sometime later, which varies by country. On November 19, subscribers in New Zealand and Australia will receive Disney+. It’s expected to become more of a worldwide of service in the future, though it’ll take time for it to reach various regions, though it will arrive in Germany, the UK, Spain, Italy, and France in March 2020.

A monthly subscription to Disney+ costs $6.99, while a yearly subscription costs $69.99. If bundled with ESPN+ and Hulu, a subscription can be purchased at $12.99 per month. Disney+ can be acquired for free by those who have Verizon Wireless unlimited 4G LTE or 5G.
Disney+ App
The Disney+ app is compatible with multiple devices. At launch, it will be supported by most Apple and Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, and two of the three major gaming consoles, the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. Support could be added to even more platforms and devices, such as the Nintendo Switch, in the near future.
