Animated Series “The Forever House” Will Take You into the Dark Mind of ‘Hellboy’ Creator Mike Mignola

Horror

From the mind and sketchbook of Hellboy creator Mike Mignola comes the upcoming animated anthology series “The Forever House,” Deadline reports tonight.

The official logline previews, “Existing somewhere between reality and nightmares, The Forever House will encapsulate the feeling of an ancient tale told by the fire as we explore the disturbing and the macabre from the mind and sketchbook of Mike Mignola.”

Deadline adds:

The show will center on the title abode, a mysterious piece of unreal estate and a one-of-a-kind hub for otherworldly objects and international artifacts with dark histories.”

Inspired by international folklore, the series will see Mignola join forces with Ben and Max Berkowitz as well as Starburns Industries (Anomalisa, “Rick and Morty”).
