Many of you may have noticed that over the past few months, Horror Freak News has been on a small hiatus. That is all about to change. If you have previously been enjoying the content on Horror Freak News, you can rest assured that we are going to continue to provide you with the best horror content that you can find online. However, we are going to step things up a bit.

In keeping with our excellence in covering the horror genre, Horror Freak News is pleased to announce it’s new editor-in-chief and co-owner, Sgt. Horror.  Sgt. Horror is a United States Marine Corps veteran and certified horror movie freak.

Sgt. Horror communicated his vision for Horror Freak News in the below statement:

“I believe the horror community is like a family. And family needs to stick together.

We come from all walks of life and live all over the place. But let’s face it. We love not only watching horror movies.  We also like to discuss, debate, and sometimes argue like crazy about the finer points of the horror genre.

We like to gather at horror conventions all across the nation and frequenting haunted attractions. We watch true crime and serial killer documentaries. We collect oddities. We believe that the most wonderful time of the year isn’t Christmas. It’s the Halloween season. And many of us live like every day is Halloween already.

We are connoisseurs of all things creepy, strange, and unusual.

HorrorFreakNews.com will serve as your home.

My job is simple. Inform and entertain.  Like, follow, share, and visit HorrorFreakNews.com daily to get the best horror articles and content on the web.”

Sgt. Horror is a North Carolina native.  After serving two tours in the Marines, Sgt. Horror returned home to work on his family farm. Sgt. Horror enjoys capturing, training, and raising piggies.  He spends most of his time serial killing and watching and analyzing horror movies and genre-related content. For Sgt. Horror, horror is not merely a movie genre but a lifestyle.
